Modern Home Custom Build
This beautiful custom home was completely designed and built by our team. It’s a beautiful lot that had a small 1,500 square foot home. Now it’s a beautiful 5,000 square foot home with a finished and walkout basement.
Oakville Custom Build
Beautiful custom build in Oakville. Our client presented us with drawings completed by another architect and approached us to build it for them. Modern beautiful finishes include the exterior landscaping and pool.
3 Neighbouring Custom Builds
We were approached by a family of 3 brothers who wanted to be neighbours. It started as a dream, and after getting our in-house realtor and architect involved, we were able to quickly make their dream a reality. Last year we got called back in to build them a backyard paradise with a 40-foot pool, basketball court, playground, and backyard Patio’s.
Kitchener Complete Renovation
This renovation was a lot of fun. It’s almost hard to believe the before and after pictures. We did a complete interior and exterior renovation. It included a complete basement waterproofing, new air condition, furnace and ducts, kitchen, two bathrooms, spray foam insulation, windows and doors, and so much more.
