intelligence win championships."

Meet Brett. Our in-house Architect.

Having designed over 1,000 homes ranging from 2,000 to 15,000 square feet, and working in Cities all over Ontario, Brett has the talent and knowledge to design your home exactly the way you want it, and according to the city's rules and regulations.

Have no idea what you want? No problem. He would love to take down your ideas and start on a blank page or show you some of our designs and ideas.

By using our in-house architect, it saves you time, headache and ultimately money.

It also allows us to take all the headaches of dealing with cities paperwork from you and your family and have someone experienced take care of it.

Another huge advantage, is it also makes the transition from permits to construction that much more seamless.

With over 20 years of experience, Brett brings a unique skill set to the table.

Most architects are very talented and can design beautiful homes on paper. However, Brett is also heavily involved in the construction of every home he designs.

This gives him the advantage of not only being able to create beautiful drawings on paper, but also having the complete vision of how the home will look built and avoiding the design errors most architects make. For example, ignoring things like the location of ducts and air returns that can create bulkheads in the wrong areas of the home.
